Parameterized.  You can set various sizes beforehand, to get a different
variation of the cipher.  IIRC, register size, number of rounds, and key
length are parameterized, i.e RC-5(32,12,128) for the variant with 32
bit "registers" (a 64-bit block), 12 rounds, and a 128-bit key.
